  1. For cheat’s chocolate curls, pop a white chocolate bar in the freezer for 30 minutes, then use a vegetable peeler to peel small curls directly onto the torte.

  2. This torte can be made up to 1 month in advance. The chocolate curls can be made the day before and stored in an airtight container somewhere cool.
