Stir-frying lettuce – like you would cabbage – is something we should all be doing more of. It’s super-quick and gives a good balance of crunchy and juicy leaves. Here the romaine is coated in a triple-hit of sesame – tahini, seeds and oil – for a rich, nutty contrast.
