Try swapping the five-spice for a pinch of cayenne pepper and drizzle with maple syrup, instead of honey, before roasting. Stir-fry the eggs and rice, but omit the other ingredients from the egg-fried rice and stir through 3 tbsp toasted pine nuts and a handful fresh flatleaf parsley, chopped, for a different flavour.
