Squash gratin with tomatoes, cream and Gruyère cheese

If all you can think of is a bowl of something filling and warming, then this could be for you – and it’s a nice alternative to a potato gratin, too.
In this gratin recipe, the humble squash is given the royal treatment, with double cream, Gruyère cheese and a good splash of white wine.
