Ingredients

330ml pink lemonade, chilled

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Squirty cream to decorate (optional)

1 glacé cherry to decorate (optional)

Method

Pour the lemonade into a tall glass. Gently place the scoop of ice cream in the glass – it will float on top. Decorate with squirty cream and a cherry (if you like) and revel in the retro flavours.
