These little paneer bites are the new cheese and pineapple…We think they’re going to catch on. Give these Indian-inspired canapés a go at your next dinner party.

Micro herbs are available from M&S or Ocado. If you can’t find any, use coriander leaves as a garnish.
Marinate the paneer and make the dressing, then cover and chill for up to
2 days. Pickle the cucumber up to 4 hours ahead. Fry the paneer a couple of hours ahead, then warm through on a baking tray for 5 minutes in the oven and assemble.
