Peach iced tea is a classic of summer holidays in the Mediterranean, and here we’ve given it a serious upgrade with our homemade version! We think when you’ll try it you’ll agree that homemade iced tea is far better than the shop-bought stuff, especially if you use top-quality tea bags or, even better, loose leaf tea. Save the cooked, strained peaches to eat with yogurt and granola or to top ice cream.
You can use nectarines instead of peaches if that’s what you have, or even try any other stone fruit.
The iced tea will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
