Frangelico chocolate hazelnut tart

You can’t call yourself a true chocolate-lover until you’ve tried this tart. The chocolate chip cookie base is filled with rich chocolate ganache, made with a splash hazelnut liqueur, and a nutty praline. Heaven.

  1. Make the tart up to 24 hours in advance, cover and keep chilled, but don’t top with the praline until just before serving. Keep the praline in a sealed container in a cool room.

  2. Frangelico is an Italian hazelnut liqueur. It’s widely available, but if you can’t find it use amaretto instead.
