Ingredients

350g ketchup
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
dash of Tabasco
the juice of 1 lemon

Method

In a pan, mix 350g ketchup, 1 bay leaf, 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, dash of Tabasco, the juice of 1 lemon.
Heat until bubbling and simmer for 2 minutes. Season. Serve as a sauce or cool and use as a marinade for ribs and chicken.
