This kid-friendly Easter pud uses Easter chocolate such as Maltesers and Creme Eggs plus malty whipped cream to fill chocolate meringue nests.

Mix the yolks with a pinch of salt or sugar and put in labelled food bags, then freeze for up to 1 month. Defrost for sweet or savoury sauces.
Make the nests and their sides up to 2 days ahead and keep in an airtight container until ready to assemble.
