A wonderful festive dessert recipe made with fruit, nuts and crisp, golden pastry. Serve with cream, vanilla ice cream or vanilla custard.
Delia’s spiced cranberry and orange creme brulee is another great alternative to a traditional Christmas pud.

You can make this up to the end of step 6, up to 1 day in advance, then store in the fridge, wrapped in cling film, until needed. Alternatively, wrap in baking paper, then cling film, and freeze. Defrost at room temperature, then bake as in step 7.
