Classic mimosa

Do you know how to make a classic mimosa? We always thought a mimosa was just a fancy name for buck’s fizz, but there’s a slight difference – a mimosa is equal parts wine and juice, whereas a buck’s fizz is two parts wine to one part juice. That said, they’re pretty similar – just make sure your liquids are very well chilled and your orange juice is freshly squeezed for the best results. It’s a classic cocktail to have with brunch or on Christmas morning.
