First up, the Bikers reminisce about festive traditions in their respective family homes; with Dave sharing a sweet anecdote of his mum Stella’s ultimate Christmas pudding and how it used to be made as early as October (!) in his house every year.
We also reflect on the lost art of “sitting down” in what has become, let’s be honest, a frantic world. Doesn’t it seem that enjoying some well-deserved down-time seems to be a long lost way of life? I suppose that’s why their new book One Pot Wonders is going down such a storm; with each recipe really benefitting those who are seriously short on time.
We also have a hilarious chat about cooking with Cannabis. The Bikers go on to tell me about the bizarre time they went for a Cannabis tasting menu in Los Angeles. Erm… don’t try this at home folks!
