How to use up leftover chaat masala
- Crudités with bite. Add a squeeze of lime juice, coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala to cucumber batons.
- Chicken marinade. Mix a little chaat masala with crushed garlic, grated ginger and olive oil, season well and use to marinate chicken thighs for 30 minutes before cooking.
