Swiss chard
You might find this in your veg box and wonder a) what it is and b) what to do with it.
Chard is a tall green leaf with a crunchy stem that can be white, red or yellow. It’s a proud member of the beetroot family and has much in common with spinach, which makes it a good alternative.
Cook chard by wilting in a pan with a little water (similar to spinach), or sauté it like a cabbage.
