Walnut and four-herb pesto pasta

Use our fabulous, freeze-ahead easy green sauce to make this delicious walnut pesto pasta in a flash. A great speedy pasta recipe to have up your sleeve.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp easy green sauce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped toasted walnuts, plus extra to serve
- 1 tbsp finely grated parmesan (or veggie equivalent), plus extra to serve (optional)
- Olive oil
- 150g dried pasta (we used spaghetti)
Method
- Mix the green sauce with the finely chopped toasted walnuts and finely grated parmesan, adding enough olive oil to create a pesto-like consistency.
- Cook the dried pasta in salted boiling water, then drain and toss with the bright green pesto. Serve with extra walnuts and shaved cheese on top, if you like.
