For a healthy and speedy breakfast on the go, swap your standard toast for a delicious bagel topped with ricotta and fresh strawberries.

- 1 wholemeal bagel, toasted
- 30g ricotta
- 80g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Slice the bagel into two halves and lightly toast each half.
- Spread with the ricotta and then top with the sliced strawberries to serve.
