Ingredients
- 200g sprouts, halved (or kept whole if they’re quite small)
- 200g streaky bacon rashers
Method
- Heat the oven to 200°C fan/gas 7. Cut each rasher of bacon in half widthways and wrap around each sprout, ensuring the bacon end finishes on the flat side of the sprout. Put them seam-side down on an oven tray to ensure they don’t spring apart while cooking. Cook for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
