Smoked salmon on soda bread: a quick starter or light bite that gives an affectionate nod to Ireland with the incorporation of Irish soda bread.
- Serves 8
- Ready in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 slices Irish brown soda bread
- 125g good-quality smoked salmon
- Small tub of crème fraîche
Method
- Cut each slice of Irish brown soda bread into 2 halves. Take smoked salmon and top each slice of bread with a fold of salmon. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper, then top each with a little crème fraîche to serve.
