Sbagliato is a sparkling twist on a classic negroni cocktail. Swap the gin in a negroni for Prosecco to make this refreshing summer spritz recipe from Rick and Charlie Stein.
And here’s how to make a classic negroni.
Ingredients
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet (red) vermouth
- 30ml prosecco
- Orange slice to garnish
Method
- Fill a rocks or old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour in the Campari and vermouth, give it a good stir, then top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.
