Prosecco Royale cocktail

Based on a classic Kir Royale, this Prosecco and crème de cassis cocktail is the perfect party tipple.
- Serves 6
- 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 tsp crème de cassis
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
Method
- Pour ½ tsp of crème de cassis into 6 tall champagne flutes and top up with chilled Prosecco.
- Serve as an apéritif with the Stilton and sesame biscuits.
