Microwaved quick cappuccino

Get your frothy coffee in a hurry with this quick and easy microwaved quick cappuccino recipe.
- Serves 2
- Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Hot espresso coffees
- 150ml skimmed milk
Method
- Put skimmed milk into the glass jug of a cafètiere and microwave on high (900W) for 1 minute 20 seconds.
- Pump the cafètiere plunger up and down to froth up the milk.
- Spoon on top of hot espresso and dust with cocoa.
