Lemon vinaigrette

This lemon vinaigrette works well drizzled over vegetable salads, such as broad beans and feta cheese, or beetroot.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Method
- Whisk 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice with a little seasoning.
