A simple iced coffee recipe that you can easily make at home in no time. This is fabulously refreshing in hot weather! We’ve added a hint of cocoa to turn this into a mocha, but you can leave this out if you prefer just coffee and milk.
For something a bit different, give this dalgona coffee recipe a go!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground espresso coffee
- 1 tsp cocoa (optional)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 75ml cold milk
Method
- Make up some espresso using the espresso coffee and 300ml of boiling water in a cafetière.
- Meanwhile, mix the cocoa and sugar with 2 tbsp boiling water in a large jug. Pour the coffee into a blender with the cocoa mixture and milk. Whizz together until frothy and pour into 2 large glasses filled with ice to serve.
