This easy French recipe of goat’s cheese wrapped in prosciutto is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. Try serving as a starter or canapé for your dinner party.

If you’re a huge fan of crottin de Chavignol try it, in this recipe, on croutons with tomato soup.

Ingredients

1 small round Crottin cheese
1 paper-thin slice prosciutto
1 slice ciabatta
Olive oil
Few mashed black olives

Method

Wrap the cheese in the prosciutto and grill under a hot, preheated grill for about 5 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, toast the ciabatta, rub with oil and thinly spread with the olives. Set the cheese on top and serve with cherry tomatoes and herbs, slow roasted in olive oil.
