Ingredients

  • 25g coriander
  • 30g mint
  • 2-3 green finger chillies
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 60ml water

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, whizz together the coriander, mint, green finger chillies, lime juice, salt, ground cumin and water. Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
