Filled croissants

This easy to assemble recipe gives children a chance to get involved with preparing breakfast. They could even make it for you to enjoy in bed on a weekend morning!
- Serves 2
- Ready in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 fresh butter croissants
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 slices of ham
- Grated cheddar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°c/fan160°c/gas 4. Cut open the croissants, then pop the tomatoes inside and top each with a slice of ham and a big handful of the cheddar. Put the filled croissants on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the croissant is warmed through. Serve hot.
