Easy berry pancakes

Pancakes for breakfast is always a winner. This is a quick and healthy idea for shop-bought pancakes that you can make in a matter of minutes.
- Serves 1
- 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 small shop-bought pancakes (60g) or 1 large pancake (120g), cooked
- 100g fat-free fromage frais
- 80g fresh or frozen berries, heated
Method
- Top the pancake(s) with the warm berries. Serve with the fromage frais on the side
