What could be better for dunking in a mug of the best hot chocolate than a soft cookie dipped in more melted chocolate?
- Makes about 8
- Hands-on time 10 min
Ingredients
- 70g milk chocolate
- 2-3 large soft cookies
- serve with our best hot chocolate, for dunking
Method
- Put the milk chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Allow it to melt, stir, then remove from the heat.
- Cut the cookies into 2cm sticks, then dip one end of each into the chocolate. Place each stick on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, then chill for 5-10 minutes to set. Serve with the hot chocolate for dunking.
