Chicken curry puffs

An alternative to samosas, these chicken curry puffs are made with puff pastry and flavoured with garlic, coriander, soy and curry powder.

  1. To freeze: make the curry puffs and cook them. Allow to cool completely, then wrap and freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost completely and reheat in an oven preheated to 200°C/fan180°C/gas 6 for 10 minutes.
