An easy pasta bake can be a weeknight life-saver. This one combines pasta shells with broccoli, spicy tomato sauce and feta for a Greek-style twist.
Ingredients
- 200g pasta shells
- 125g broccoli
- 190g jar Sacla Spicy Pepper & Tomato Stir-through Sauce.
- 150g pot natural yogurt
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 100g feta, crumbled
Method
- Cook pasta shells in boiling, lightly salted water according to the packet instructions, adding broccoli, cut into small florets, for the final 3 minutes, until everything is al dente. Drain well, return to the pan and toss with jar of Sacla Spicy Pepper & Tomato Stir-through Sauce. Tip into a 1-litre ovenproof dish.
- Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high. In a bowl, mix together natural yogurt with 1 egg and feta. Season with freshly ground black pepper and pour over the pasta. Crumble over more feta. Pop under the hot grill for 5 minutes or until the topping is set and golden. Serve with a mixed salad.
