Carrots with thyme and chilli

Jazz up your carrots with chilli and thyme in this simple to prepare side dish. The perfect Sunday roast accompaniment.
Ingredients
- a pack of prepared carrots
- butter
- fresh thyme leaves
- pinch dried chilli flakes
Method
- Cook a pack of prepared carrots according to pack instructions, then drain well.
- Melt a little butter in a pan over a medium heat, add the carrots, some fresh thyme leaves and a small pinch dried chilli flakes.
- Toss for a few minutes until heated through.
