This 15 minute radish recipe makes a pretty side dish. Make it your own by choosing your preferred choice of fresh herbs.
Or make a mean chilled soup out of radishes with this radish, watercress and tahini yogurt recipe.
Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 350g mixed seasonal radishes
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 100ml dry white wine
- Large handful of mixed chopped fresh dill, parsley and mint
Method
- Heat the butter in a large deep pan over a medium-high heat, then add the radishes, halved or quartered depending on size. Turn down the heat to medium and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the garlic and white wine. Turn up the heat and bubble for 5 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. Season, then stir in a large handful of mixed chopped fresh dill, parsley and mint. Serve warm.
