50ml Campari
75ml dry white wine (an Italian pinot grigio is ideal)
Soda water
Orange wheel or twist of zest

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Campari and dry white wine, then top up with soda. Give it a gentle stir, then garnish with the orange wheel or a twist of zest. Repeat to make as many as you need.
