Berry smoothie

A fruity way for you and your children to start the day. An ideal way for them to get some of their 5 a day and have fun at the same time.
Ingredients
Orange juice
1 banana, halved
frozen fruit
Method
1. Pour 2 big glasses of orange juice into a food processor or blender, add the banana, and large handfuls frozen fruit (such as mixed berries, raspberries or mango), and put the lid on. Whizz until smooth. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
