  1. Make up to 2 days in advance. To make the chocolate holly leaves, melt 50g white chocolate and brush onto the underside of washed and dried holly leaves. Apply another coat of chocolate, then leave to set in the fridge. Carefully peel away the leaves to reveal the decorations.
