Tom is head of food at delicious., where he masterminds the food content strategy across the brand. He’s been immersed in the world of chefs and restaurants for over a decade and relishes sharing culinary expertise from professional kitchens with ambitious home cooks. After completing a masters degree in journalism, he began his career writing for Great British Food and Speciality Food Magazine. He then joined food platform Great British Chefs, where he became editor and lead photographer, collaborating with chefs at the forefront of the UK food scene and writing features on everything from How To Sous Vide to The Rise of British Goat Meat.
