Jules is a former acting food editor at delicious. and passionate about sustainability and healthy eating. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, in her words a “farm to fork experience” that “encouraged an appreciation for how good food is produced”. She worked as a freelance food stylist and writer in South Africa and created project Outlandish Kitchen, a pop-up experience celebrating local farmers, before relocating to the UK. Here she was food editor/acting food director at Time Inc, overseeing the food content across 11 brands, before returning to a freelance career. She was an editor for The Great South African Cookbook and also researched and collated Truth, Love and Clean Cutlery, a guide to sustainable restaurants in the UK.
