Food stylist, recipe developer and home economist Jess is a former deputy food editor at delicious. Raised in Tasmania, she began her career in video production for film, TV and commercial clients and moved to London before training at Leiths School of Food & Wine and École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie. She’s worked on food magazines to cookbooks and for clients including Baileys, Tabasco and The Great British Bake Off. Jess is currently group food editor at Future PLC, producing food content for titles including Woman & Home and Woman’s Own.
