Short of time? This quick and easy roast potato recipe is made with ready-peeled potatoes to take the hassle out of Sunday lunch.

Ingredients
- A pack of ready-to-roast potatoes
- Fresh rosemary
- Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
Method
- Open the pack of potatoes, add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and a few garlic cloves in their skins.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil, then cook according to pack instructions.
