Kiwi, apple and mint juice

This is a quick and tangy juice, packed with plenty of vitamin C. The fresh mint here makes for a really refreshing drink.
If you don’t have a juicer, check out this smoothie recipe which can be made in a food processor or blender.
- Makes about 300ml, serves 2
- Hands on time 10 mins
Ingredients
- 4 large kiwi fruit
- 1 apple
- 20g fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Peel the kiwis, quarter and juice. Quarter the apple and juice, then juice the whole sprigs of mint. Mix the juices together. Chill. Serve in short glasses, and pop in an ice cube, if you like.
