Campari whiskey cocktail

This refreshing cocktail recipe is perfect served on a warm evening, as a pre-dinner drink. Or, as it uses whiskey, how about a cocktail for St Patrick’s Day?

Ingredients
- A handful of crushed ice
- 65ml Irish whiskey,
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml sweet vermouth
- A splash of soda water
- Slice of orange
Method
- Put the crushed ice in a glass. In a shaker or jug, mix together the whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth. Pour over the crushed ice, add the soda water to taste and garnish with the slice of orange.
