Negroni punch

We’ve take a classic negroni recipe but increased the quantities (and added a little spritz) to make a party-ready punch recipe for eight people.

Ingredients
- 2 sliced oranges
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 150ml dry gin
- 250ml Campari
- 250ml sweet (red) vermouth
- 1.5 litres chilled soda water (or 750ml soda water and 750ml prosecco)
Method
- Put the oranges in a large jug with the sugar and gin. Muddle together using the end of a rolling pin or cocktail muddler, then leave for at least 15 minutes.
- To serve, pour in the Campari and vermouth and mix. Top up with the soda water (or soda water and prosecco), then pour into tumblers filled with ice and a slice of orange.
