Gluten-free porridge with blueberries

Our gluten-free porridge recipe is warming, high in protein and topped with blueberries for a sweet addition that’s low in sugar

Ingredients
- 40g gluten-free oats
- 300ml skimmed milk
- 80g blueberries
Method
- Put the oats and milk into a pan and simmer gently for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.
- Remove from the heat and let the mixture stand for 1 more minute. Top with the blueberries and serve.
