A quick and easy breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings. Top bran flakes with apple and apricot to add extra fibre and sweetness.

Ingredients
- 40g bran flakes
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 dried apricot, chopped
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
Method
- Put the cereal in the bowl and pour over the milk.
- Top with the apricot and apple slices to serve.
