Winter fruit compote with Greek yogurt

A warming winter compote, made with a mix of dried fruits, tastes luxurious and is a healthier breakfast choice when paired with Greek yogurt

- Ready in 15 mins
Ingredients
- 25g dried apricots
- 10g each dried cherries, blueberries, pears, mango and apple
- Pinch cinnamon
- 170g pot fat-free Greek yogurt
Method
- Put the dried fruit, cinnamon and 100ml water into a pan and simmer for 15 min.
- Put the yogurt into a bowl and spoon over the warm fruit to serve.
