Smoked salmon and cream cheese muffin

Children who are keen to help in the kitchen can easily get involved with this simple but delicious breakfast recipe. It’s very easy to assemble but will leave them feeling triumphant.
- Serves 1
- Ready in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal or white muffin, toasted
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2-4 slices smoked salmon
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Spread the cream cheese onto the muffin. Place the smoked salmon on top and serve with the lemon juice or freshly ground black pepper.
