This June, Raymond Blanc will open the doors to Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons so a select number of delicious. readers can experience the enchantment first hand.

With velvety lawns, vibrant flower borders and orchards, this manor house-hotel has an Arcadian setting. The two-Michelin-starred restaurant is renowned for offering one of Britain’s finest gastronomic experiences. People don’t come here simply to dine, they come to create lifelong memories.

 

You’ll be welcomed with tea and biscuits, then one of Belmond Le Manoir’s gardeners will guide you on a private tour of the grounds, including the vegetable garden that supplies the restaurant, the patchwork herb plot and the 800-strong apple and pear orchard.

Champagne and canapés await on the terrace, so you can raise a glass to your charismatic host Monsieur Blanc and ask him any questions you may have.

 

Then take your seat in La Belle Époque dining room, where you can savour your surroundings over a four-course lunch made from the finest seasonal bounty.
