If you’re trying to cut down on your fat intake but still fancy something sweet, opt for one of our low-fat puddings; each contains less calories and fat than classic recipes but all the same delicious taste.
So that you can still indulge your sweet tooth, without worrying about calories or fat content, we’ve rounded up ten healthy pudding recipes. Choose from sticky toffee pudding, steamed fruit sponges or bread and butter pudding.
Properly creamy, sink-your-spoon-in rice pudding is a wondrous thing. We’ve gone heavy on the comfort here, but eased up on the calorie and fat count.
