- Loaf of white bread
- Tub of cream cheese or mascarpone
- Punnet of strawberries
- Jar of runny honey

Method
- Spread slices of white bread with full-fat cream cheese or mascarpone and top with sliced strawberries, drizzle with honey and sandwich together.
- Remove the crusts and cut the sandwiches into triangles. Secure with cocktail sticks to serve.
